RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SASHAY KOUTURE, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We understand that online sizing can be tricky, so we offer the following:

Store Credit & Exchanges We accept exchanges and store credit requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all store credit issued for returned items. This fee covers handling and inspection costs. Items returned due to a defect or an error on our part are exempt

Final Sale Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit: sale items, bodysuits, and accessories.

How to Request Email us at Inf0@sashaykouture.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange.
