EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Sashay Kouture, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at inf0@sashaykouture.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange item

STORE CREDIT

If you'd prefer store credit instead of an exchange, we're happy to issue a credit for the full purchase price (excluding original shipping) that can be used on any future purchase.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or purchased with discount codes over 30% off are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at inf0@sashaykouture.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
